Initial Contact

   - Responded quickly to initial inquiry.

 

Professional Design Consultant

   - Prompt, Professional & Uniformed Appearance.

   - Included customer in the design process, provided adequate information, and showed examples of work.

   - Explained Christmas Decor's Service Initiative.

 

Installation

   - A uniformed and courteous crew conducted the installation & answered any questions.

   - The display was tailored to the home, free of unsightly wires, and left the property in as good or better condition.

 

Holiday Season Follow Up

   - Provided adequate contact information in the event that service is needed.

   - Invoice was the price that was agreed upon.

   - Had the minimum of 1 courtesy service visit during the season.

   - A representative followed up on my satisfaction once installation was complete.

   - In the event of a service issue, response was given within 24 hours & resolved within 48 hours (weather permitting)

 

Display Disassembly

   - Was contacted to schedule display disassembly & was disassembled in a timely manner.

   - Property was left in good or better condition.

   - A representative followed up on my satisfaction once dissasembly was complete.

   - A "Spring Clean Up" was conducted to ensure all parts of my display were removed.
